1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the Jan Seva Portal, you agree to abide by these terms. This service is intended for authorized retailers and VLEs only.

2. Wallet & Refunds

• No Refunds: Once a recharge or bill payment is successful on the operator end, no refund will be provided.
• Failed Transactions: If money is deducted but service fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your portal wallet within 24-48 hours.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use this portal for any illegal activities, money laundering, or fraudulent transactions. Any suspicious activity will lead to immediate account suspension and reporting to authorities.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party API providers (e.g., Bank Servers, Aadhaar Server downtime).
